Senior Specialist of Transfers and Settlement Operations/SWIFT transfers
AyDI Bank CJSC is looking for a Senior Specialist of the Transfers and Settlement Operations Department for the purpose of performing the following operations:
Check and confirm international transfers entered from branches and remote service systems in the GO system, in accordance with the Bank's internal procedures, correspondent banks, ISO 20022 and other applicable international payment standards, as well as current regulatory requirements.
Participate in the implementation and testing of ISO 20022, SWIFT and other international payment projects.
Perform operational work related to rejected, returned, suspended, or transfers requiring additional clarification and ensure their timely settlement.
Perform routing of customers' international transfers in accordance with the rules and internal procedures established in the Bank.
Perform operational monitoring of the international transfer flow.
Perform operational communication with correspondent banks and the Bank's relevant departments for the purpose of resolving issues arising within the framework of international transfers.
Participate in the organization and conduct of internal training regarding international transfer processes.
Ensure compliance with established operational procedures during the processing of international transfers.
Participate in the analysis of international transfer implementation processes, prepare relevant reports and recommendations for the purpose of increasing process efficiency.
Higher education
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the banking system
Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
Experience working with the SWIFT Alliance system, excellent command of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messages
Knowledge of international payment processes and international payment standards
Experience in applying international transfer Investigations
Experience working with LSBank and other banking information systems will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of banking products and services
Knowledge of banking legislation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
