Key Responsibilities
- Entry of Contracts into the PMS
- Checking invoices and Checking reservations
- Immediate response to requests from customers, travel agencies, and networks related to hotel reservations
- Training, support, supervision, and proper checking of the reservation staff
- Necessary administrative qualifications and very good organizational skills
- Daily cooperation with the General Manager and Sales Managers
Required Qualifications:
- Degree from a higher or vocational tourism school
- Proven work experience as a Reservation Manager in a 4-5 star hotel
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken (good knowledge of German or French will be considered an additional qualification)
- Excellent knowledge of computer operation (MS Office, Internet, online booking systems etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer orientation
- Excellent spirit of cooperation and teamwork
