Production Manager - Bread, Potato Chips, and Cookies (Interview in Lopburi)

1. Execute production according to the factory plan by appropriately allocating manpower, raw materials, and energy to achieve products according to specified quality, quantity, and time, while increasing the order fulfillment rate.
2. Strictly comply with QA/QC quality control standards and establish a quality control system from raw material entry into the process through to finished goods to prevent non-standard products from moving to the next step or entering the market.
3. Control production parameters and processes according to specifications, and report any abnormalities or process changes to ensure product quality meets standards.
4. Oversee machinery according to Engineering department standards, including daily maintenance, major maintenance, cleaning, and readiness inspections, to ensure machinery operates normally and remains in a controlled state.
5. Schedule work, evaluate performance, provide training, and manage employees within the unit; clearly define duties and operating standards while developing skills, quality awareness, and safety.
6. Train, evaluate, and assign positions to new employees, as well as develop the management skills and abilities of existing employees to create a good working atmosphere and maintain team stability.
7. Inspect and oversee the production area daily, covering machinery, facilities, environment, hygiene, and pest control systems, while identifying risks and monitoring safety corrective actions.
8. Count and analyze the daily usage of raw materials, waste, and abnormal products; analyze the causes of loss and improve Yield.
9. Control production activities to comply with regulatory requirements, environmental laws, and company regulations, and cooperate with government inspections and internal audits.
10. Able to travel for a job interview at "Lalanta Resort" in Lopburi province, located 15 minutes from the factory (the factory is still under construction).

Qualifications:

• Graduated with a High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or Associate Degree or higher; graduates in Food Science and Technology, Food Quality and Safety, Biological Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields will be given special consideration.
• Male, age not exceeding 45 years only*
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience managing a production unit in the potato chip, cookie, or pie industry only.
• Must understand the production processes and steps for potato chips, cookies, or pies.
• Must have basic English skills; ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration.
• If holding food safety certifications, Occupational Safety Officer certifications, or other related certifications, will be given special consideration.
• Possess skills in planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and decision-making; able to coordinate with supervisors, internal departments, and external agencies to lead the team to achieve goals.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
