- Plan daily tasks, manage work schedules, and identify daily necessities and urgent matters
- Able to perform price comparisons and source suppliers

- Possess strong management and prioritization skills; able to multitask without overlooking any tasks
- High sense of Ownership; responsible for tasks from assignment until completion, not just receiving and forwarding
- Excellent Follow-up and Coordination skills; able to continuously follow up on work with teams, customers, Suppliers, and relevant parties
- Courageous in following up and requesting work updates, with the ability to communicate politely yet clearly
- Problem-solving skills; able to analyze situations and propose preliminary solutions before presenting to executives
- Able to distinguish between Urgent / Important / Can wait / Can delegate and make appropriate decisions on task prioritization
- Able to summarize complex or highly detailed information into short, concise points to help executives make quick decisions
- Skills in managing Calendar, Meeting, Appointment, Deadline, and executive travel
- Able to prepare Meeting Minutes, Action List, Owner, and Due Date, and follow up on tasks after meetings
- Good communication skills, including speaking, writing, and coordinating with both internal and external parties
- Active, polite, confident personality, and able to communicate well with customers, executives, partners, and Suppliers
- Meticulous, good memory, and able to verify the accuracy of information and documents before submitting to executives
- Able to strictly maintain the confidentiality of company secrets, business information, financial information, and the executive's personal information
- Emotional maturity; able to work well under pressure or in urgent situations
- Flexibility regarding working hours; able to assist with coordination outside of working hours or on holidays occasionally in case of necessity or urgency
- Able to go out for meetings, site inspections, or follow up on work off-site when necessary

- Not just a secretary waiting for orders, but an executive assistant who can help make the executive's work and decision-making faster and more efficient
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field Special skill: Able to oversee booth decoration, interior decoration, and construction work Diligent, patient, hardworking, and able to take phone calls at all times 1 day off per week, mainly on Sunday (if work is continuous, a compensatory day off will be provided on another day) Male or female, aged approximately 25–40 years At least 2 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Project Coordinator, Office Manager, or related fields Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Email / Calendar / Spreadsheet / Presentation If able to use AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Productivity Tools to assist in summarizing information, organizing work systems, drafting documents, and increasing work efficiency, will be given special consideration Able to use English for reading, writing Email/Message, and communicating at a professional working level Possess a Problem Solver attitude; does not just wait for orders but can think ahead, prepare in advance, and see what needs to be done next Punctual, disciplined, honest, and highly responsible Ready to learn the business and the executive's working style, and able to adapt to diverse tasks quickly
