- Communications with customer and/or partner experts;
- Collection, processing, analysis, and research of information regarding implementation tasks set by the project manager;
- Definition, collection, and formalization of functional and technical requirements for software;
- Formation of functional and technical designs for the system;
- Designing the architecture of software and integration solutions based on the system;
- Integration of the system in use with external systems, components, and services;
- Setting complex development tasks and searching for optimal tools to extend the standard functionality of the system;
- Quality control of enhancements and ensuring developments comply with approved requirements, technical solutions, and regulations;
- Organization and conduct of IT system testing, including support for the elimination of identified defects;
- Working with technical incidents: registration, primary analysis, root cause investigation, and monitoring of resolution;
- Development and updating of regulations for the operation of the system and its subsystems;
- Support during acceptance testing, preparation of the system for commissioning, and launch support;
- Implementation of cross-functional solutions and coordination of work at the intersection of business and IT departments;
- Identification of opportunities for functional and technical improvements of IT systems, preparation of development proposals;
- Training users to work with CRM/ERP system functionality, preparation of user manuals and methodological materials;
- Release management and implementation stages within assigned projects;
- Planning and organization of team work within the implementation, identification and management of project risks;
- Preparation of project, technical, and reporting documentation for completed work;
- Providing regular reporting to the project manager on work progress, completed tasks, risks, workload, and potential resource conflicts;
- Preparation of presentation materials on the project and implementation results for the customer, project manager, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Higher technical education;
- Relevant work experience of 6 years or more;
- Participation in consulting projects;
- Experience working in relevant industries;
- Skills in collecting and analyzing information and business requirements;
- Expert knowledge of the functionality of any CRM/ERP system;
- Understanding of how business processes are built and function in a specific industrial area;
- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes, developing new solutions using platform functionality;
- Understanding of project implementation methodology;
- Experience in designing integration solutions;
- Experience in business process analysis;
- Experience in modeling new business processes and improving business processes;
- Experience in user training;
- Team management experience;
- Experience in employee training and coaching;
- Ability to use software for graphical display of analytical information and electronic databases;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English at no less than Intermediate level (ability to maintain a conversation on a professional topic, freely read professional literature).
