Head of Quality Control

What you will be doing:

• Listening to and evaluating calls/meetings and other communications of the sales department
• Conducting training together with the manager, developing sales competencies and communication skills of department employees
• Implementing and improving current and new processes for conducting and evaluating communication with the user
• Diving into client work processes of other departments through product opportunities and improving the customer experience at different stages of the user lifecycle
• Developing and conducting experiments to improve sales department efficiency metrics through improving the quality of communications with clients
• Handling reporting and presenting results to the manager
• Implementing AI tools for evaluating the quality control of communications with clients

Our expectations:

• Higher education
• English language level no lower than C1 (fluent proficiency)
• At least 3 years of experience in sales/customer service in a quality control expert position
• Personal sales experience
• Experience in managing projects for implementing AI for process automation
• Experience in building a quality control system from scratch
• High analytical abilities: ability to work with data, identify patterns, and make reasoned conclusions
• Proactive position: initiative, readiness to learn, desire to improve processes and develop own solutions
• Readiness for constant development: interest in new tools, methodologies, and projects
