Digital and Technology Officer

1. Design and develop database systems and data structures to support organizational data analysis
2. Design Data Model and Analytical Database to align with business requirements and support future scalability
3. Develop and maintain Data Pipeline for linking data from SAP, Salesforce, and production systems
4. Manage the process of importing, transforming, and verifying data quality from multiple sources
5. Define and maintain standards for KPI, Metrics, and Semantic Model to ensure uniformity
6. Develop and maintain Tableau Dashboard to support business analysis and decision-making
7. Improve Dashboards so users can select data dimensions, filter data, and perform drill-downs independently
8. Prepare and verify reliable data for use with Tableau AI and Agentforce
9. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Solution Design and system development guidelines
10. Develop and maintain Salesforce Application, Objects, Validation Rules, User Interface, and Flow Automation
11. Design, test, and improve Agentforce, including Instructions and Actions, to ensure accurate functionality
12. Control data access and define user permissions in Salesforce appropriate to their roles
13. Develop and maintain connections between Salesforce, SAP, Data 360, Tableau, and other systems
14. Utilize and maintain SOQL, REST API, OAuth, and External Client Apps for integration tasks
15. Test systems in Sandbox, assess impacts, and perform Deployment, including Rollback when necessary
16. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement systematic solutions
17. Provide service and support to users via Freshservice, while tracking and resolving issues according to Service Target
18. Prepare and maintain system documentation, including Knowledge Articles, Version History, and Release Records, to keep them up to date
19. Plan and execute Project & Change Management, such as impact assessment, UAT testing, risk management, and system delivery
20. Transfer knowledge and train users, including coordinating with relevant parties to promote system usage and continuously create business value

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Experience working in BI, Analytics Engineering, or Data Warehousing At least 5 years of experience in a related field At least 3 years of experience in Tableau development Experience in Salesforce Administration / Configuration / Support / Agentforce Implementation or Business Pilot Experience in Salesforce Solution Delivery / Data 360 / Data Cloud Knowledge of Database Design and Data Modeling Skills in SOQL, REST API, and OAuth Experience in System Integration such as SAP, Salesforce, Data 360, and Tableau Skills in Testing, Deployment, and system troubleshooting Responsible, able to work independently, and coordinate well with relevant parties Analytical thinking and Solution design skills Able to speak, read, and write English to communicate with international stakeholders
