Sales Consultant (Dental Clinic)

We are recruiting a Soft-Sell Treatment Consultant who focuses on customer care and providing sincere information, rather than high-pressure sales. Come join us as a key person caring for customers throughout their treatment journey.

1. Welcome and care for customers from the first contact, continuously before, during, and after treatment, while providing consultations regarding services and treatment plans as planned by the dentist.
2. Explain treatment procedures, costs, duration, and various conditions clearly to customers.
3. Analyze customer needs and present appropriate treatment options to close sales.
4. Prepare quotations, treatment plans, and related documents.
5. Recommend promotions, privileges, and additional services.
6. Follow up with customers after consultation via telephone, LINE, and online channels.
7. Coordinate with dentists, dental assistants, and the reception department.
8. Follow up on appointments and customer service schedules.
9. Handle initial complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field Age 25 - 35 years old Experience in sales or customer service Able to communicate in English Fast learner, highly adaptable, and detail-oriented Service-minded with a good personality and interpersonal skills Knowledge of dentistry will be specially considered
