Responsibilities
- Maintain and resolve Business Application usage issues for Users, including analyzing and tracking Incidents until closure.
- Maintain systems such as MES, MLS, APS, SCP, EAM, SRM, WMS, QMS, at least 1–2 systems.
- Coordinate with the L1 team at the Head Office to resolve issues that cannot be handled on-site.
- Manage Work Orders and Incidents completely from receipt to closure.
- Provide advice on Business Process and IT System to Users / Key Users.
- Support testing and follow-up after system improvements.
- Provide Training to Users and Key Users.
- Opportunity to work with teams in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia (APAC).
- Support and learn new technologies such as Intelligent Robot.
Working Hours:
- Work 5 days/week, 8 hours per day.
- Shift rotation on Saturdays–Sundays.
- Days off are not fixed as Saturday–Sunday.
Qualifications:
- Educational background: High Vocational Certificate / Associate Degree or higher.
- Fresh graduates or those with more than 1 year of experience in Implementation are welcome.
- Have knowledge of or can understand at least 2 or more Supply Chain systems, such as MES, MLS, APS, SCP, EAM, SRM, WMS, QMS.
- Have an understanding of business processes related to Supply Chain systems.
- Experience in Implementation or O&M in the manufacturing industry will be given special consideration.
- Able to write Scripts for database management, such as CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete).
- Experience in O&M abroad will be given special consideration.
- Good reading and writing skills in English; fluency in English communication will be given special consideration.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Able to coordinate with the Incident Manager to prepare Work Order analysis reports.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and various office programs.
