Pre-Sales Software Consultant

Job Description: Act as a software consultant for customers, working alongside the sales team to present software solutions that meet customers' business needs, from requirement analysis, solution design, and presentation to closing the sale.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales to meet with customers to gather Business Requirements and analyze the customer organization's Pain Points.
• Design Software Solutions to align with the customer's Business Process.
• Prepare Software Demos, Proof of Concept (POC), and Workshops to provide customers with a clear vision of actual usage.
• Prepare sales documentation such as Proposals, Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, Scope of Work (SOW), Project Timelines, and Cost Estimations.
• Prepare TOR response documents for both public and private sector bidding projects.
• Coordinate with Developer, Business Analyst, and Project Manager teams to assess technical feasibility and estimate Man-days.
• Hand over project information and Requirements to the Implement team after closing the sale.
• Study the company's and partners' software products in depth, including tracking technology and software industry trends.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales Software, Business Analyst, or Software Consultant roles. Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to design software solutions that meet customer needs. Ability to prepare Proposal, SOW, TOR/RFP documents and present to customers professionally. Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office and good command of English. Experience in public sector bidding will be given special consideration.
