Logistics Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist

An international company is looking for a Manager/Dispatcher to join our growing team. The company specializes in the field of logistics services and primarily serves the US market.

If you are a proactive individual and love working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, then this job may be for you. Full training is provided for new employees, so prior work experience in the field is desirable but not mandatory.

Handling customer inquiries via phone and email: up to 10–20 calls per day.

Providing customers with information regarding the company's services and rates when necessary.

Timely and accurate management of customer documents and data.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Performing other related duties and participating in special projects if necessary.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

High attention to detail and the ability to be organized.

A customer-oriented approach.

Basic computer skills.

Office work in Yerevan (not remote).

The salary depends on the level of English proficiency.
