Purchasing Leader (Bakery Manufacturing Plant, Kanchanaburi)

1. Plan the procurement of main raw materials used in production, such as flour, milk, butter, eggs, sugar, frozen ingredients, as well as packaging and consumables, to ensure sufficiency for the factory's production plan without causing stockouts or excess stock.

1. Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehouse, Production, and R&D departments to forecast raw material requirements in advance, especially during festival seasons or periods of increased production orders.

1. Analyze raw material market situations, monitor price trends, and plan the procurement and stockpiling of materials at risk of price volatility or shortages to avoid impacting production.

1. Source, select, and evaluate both domestic and international vendors, while negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery lead times, and commercial agreements to ensure the company receives the most optimal costs.

1. Manage the factory's key Suppliers, ranging from quality assessment, delivery, and problem responsiveness, to the development of new Suppliers to reduce the risk of relying on a single vendor.

1. Track Purchase Order (PO) status and oversee raw material deliveries to ensure they meet schedules. If delivery delays occur, must be able to source alternative raw material supplies or propose solutions quickly.

1. Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Warehouse departments in case raw materials or packaging do not meet standards, while proceeding with product claims and following up on preventive measures from vendors.

1. Purchase machine spare parts, engineering materials, and production support equipment by coordinating with the Maintenance department to ensure continuous machine operation.

1. Prepare procurement cost data, analyze Cost Saving, and propose ways to reduce costs for raw materials, packaging, and related expenses without affecting product quality.

1. Control and verify PR, RFQ, Quotation Comparison, PO, Vendor Evaluation, and various procurement documents to ensure accuracy according to the company's internal control system.

1. Communicate and coordinate with international Suppliers via email, online meetings, and business negotiations in English.

1. Prepare summary reports on raw material situations, Supply Chain risks, vendor issues, and procurement performance to present to executives on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate well in English, including meetings, coordination, negotiation, and contacting international Suppliers.
• Experience in procurement within the food and beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industries with high SKU counts.
• Experience in procuring food raw materials, packaging, or products related to industrial manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel at an Advanced level (Pivot Table, Power Query, Data Analysis) and ERP systems.
• Understanding of Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Cost Reduction Projects.
• Ability to perform cost analysis, planning, and effective immediate problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
• Thai nationality, gender unspecified, age 30 - 45 years.
