Product Specialist in Retail Products Service
Fast Bank is looking for an employee with analytical thinking and excellent communication skills to fill the vacant position of Retail Products Specialist.
Development, presentation, coordination with relevant departments, and submission for approval of the Retail Products project plan (as well as terms, tariffs, and the financial model),
Development, presentation, and coordination of technical assignments (functional requirements) related to the implementation of new products and the optimization of existing products, as well as the improvement of business processes using the latest technologies and software solutions,
Testing of functional requirements prior to product implementation, as well as testing of changes and additions made as a result of the presented functional requirements,
Implementation and supervision of pilot and large-scale product launches,
Analysis of pilot launch results, as well as collection of feedback from branches, and submission of proposals regarding the large-scale launch or discontinuation of the latter, and, if necessary, further development of the product,
Training of branch network employees regarding new products, new business processes, as well as changes to existing products/services,
Preparation and distribution of ongoing explanatory communications for branches regarding products,
Regular market research and analysis, development of new products/services, assessment of the competitiveness of existing products, and submission and approval of proposals for changes in terms, tariffs, and processes,
Conducting periodic surveys of branches to receive suggestions regarding products/processes. Collection, analysis, and development of employee suggestions, selection of effective suggestions, their classification, and implementation of appropriate measures,
Resolution of ongoing branch issues regarding the product business process,
Creation of products in the Bank's programming and editing the terms of existing products,
Organization and supervision of ongoing work.
Market research and analysis skills
Experience in formulating and documenting functional and technical requirements
Computer skills (excellent command of Word, Excel programs)
Proficiency in Russian and English languages
Interpersonal skills to collaborate, communicate, and work in a team in various situations
Higher education in the fields of finance, business administration, or economics
Relevant work experience (work experience in the financial-banking system is desirable)
