Retail Lending Product Development Specialist

About the company

Job Description: Evoca is looking for a Retail Lending Product Development Specialist who will be responsible for the creation, development, and improvement of banking consumer products, ensuring their competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with customer needs.

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities:

• regular study of market trends, competitors' offers, and customer needs, and analysis of the obtained data,
• development of terms, rates, and financial models for new retail lending products, coordination with relevant departments,
• development of internal procedures and customer-facing documentation related to products,
• implementation of process digitalization projects and testing of software solutions prior to product launch,
• analysis of pilot launch results, collection of feedback, and implementation of product refinement processes if necessary,
• preparation and circulation of ongoing explanatory notes for the Bank's departments regarding products, and training of employees,
• organization, supervision of ongoing work, and submission of reports to the manager.

Requirements

Requirements:

• higher education in finance, economics, or other relevant fields,
• at least 1 year of work experience in banking or financial product development,
• experience working with the Core Banking system,
• knowledge of RA banking legislation and banking services,
• organized and result-oriented work approach,
• excellent communication and collaboration skills,
• initiative and a sense of responsibility,
• analytical flexible mind, ability for structured problem solving,
• good knowledge of English and Russian.
