Contribute to the development and execution of core business intelligence workstreams, including: data synthesis and reporting. Collaborate in performance measurement, increasing efficiency, and tracking key initiatives globally. Optimize reporting to ensure speed and efficiency. Create visual content in accordance with user experience best practices and brand guidelines. Analysis of operational information, field service closure, open tickets, response times, KPI extraction, service classification.
