Bilingual BPO Trainer

As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic training programs for new employees, product updates, and continuous learning initiatives. You will facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, provide support and coaching to participants, monitor their performance, and work hand-in-hand with Operations to ensure employees are prepared to achieve success.

What will you do?

• Deliver high-impact training using adult learning methodologies.
• Guide and provide mentorship to new employees during their training process.
• Monitor participant performance and provide feedback.
• Support the transition of employees from training to production.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive excellence in learning.

What are we looking for?

• University degree, technical degree, in progress, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in training, facilitation, or learning and development.
• B2 English level or higher required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Conditions

• Location: In-person in San Borja (Chacarilla).
• Schedule: 48-hour work week from Monday to Friday and assigned shifts within the operational window of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
• Contract: Direct with Concentrix (Full Payroll) for 3 months renewable.
• Salary: 2770 PEN + 690 PEN variable as a monthly performance Bonus applicable once the probation period is approved.
