Digital Transformation Manager

This position is responsible for both overseeing the IT systems essential for daily business operations and driving the adoption of new technologies to increase organizational efficiency.

You will be the driver for implementing digital systems, Automation, and AI, while ensuring that POS systems, networks, cybersecurity, and various information systems operate stably and securely.

Responsibilities Digital Transformation

• Analyze the workflows of all departments and propose improvement methods using technology.
• Plan and execute Digital Transformation projects within the organization.
• Select and develop various systems such as ERP, CRM, HR, Inventory, Accounting, and restaurant management systems.
• Design Workflow Automation to reduce repetitive tasks and increase efficiency.
• Study and apply AI to business operations.
• Develop Dashboards and reports to assist executives in decision-making.
• Connect data between various systems to ensure they work together efficiently.
• Create SOPs and provide training to employees on using new systems.

IT Operations

• Oversee and manage POS systems for all branches to ensure constant availability.
• Manage network systems, Wi-Fi internet, and IT equipment for the headquarters and branches.
• Establish Cyber Security measures to prevent threats and ensure data security.
• Manage User Access Management and Backup & Recovery.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, email, and various Cloud systems.
• Plan maintenance and upgrades for IT systems to ensure stability and support business growth.
• Coordinate with technology service providers and suppliers.
• Provide advice and support to the team in resolving IT issues that impact business operations.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT Management position.
• Knowledge in both Business Technology and IT Infrastructure.
• Understanding of the restaurant business and POS systems will be given special consideration.
• Experience in Cyber Security and IT risk management.
• Interest in new technologies, especially AI, Automation, and Cloud Solutions.
• System Thinking skills.
• Good English communication skills.
