Thai Version : -Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading to ensure accuracy and completeness -Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve shipment data discrepancies -Handle customs clearance processes with freight forwarders and logistics service providers -Coordinate transportation arrangements with service providers and factories for cargo pickup -Follow up and submit relevant documents such as delivery notes and tax invoices in a timely manner -Monitor and track shipment status to ensure compliance with the delivery plan -Track performance against KPIs and implement improvements when targets are not met -Ensure that logistics operations comply with laws, standards, and ISO requirements -Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Logistics Management or equivalent or higher At least 2 years of experience in export work Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) Proficient in computer use, such as Microsoft Office and related work systems Strong communication and coordination skills Knowledge of logistics processes, shipment operations, and related documentation Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100
