Thai Version : -จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารการส่งออก เช่น ใบกำกับสินค้า ใบรายการบรรจุ และใบตราส่งสินค้า ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน -ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดของข้อมูลการจัดส่ง -ดำเนินการด้านพิธีการศุลกากรร่วมกับตัวแทนขนส่งและผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ -ประสานงานการจัดรถขนส่งกับผู้ให้บริการและโรงงานเพื่อรับสินค้า -ติดตามและจัดส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบส่งสินค้าและใบกำกับภาษี ให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด -ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามแผนการส่งมอบ -ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตาม KPI และดำเนินการปรับปรุงเมื่อไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย -ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าการดำเนินงานด้านโลจิสติกส์เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย มาตรฐาน และข้อกำหนด ISO -ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

English Version : -Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading to ensure accuracy and completeness -Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve shipment data discrepancies -Handle customs clearance processes with freight forwarders and logistics service providers -Arrange transportation and coordinate with factories for cargo pickup -Follow up and submit shipping documents (e.g., delivery notes, tax invoices) in a timely manner -Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery -Track performance against KPIs and implement improvements when targets are not met -Ensure all logistics activities comply with applicable laws, standards, and ISO requirements -Responsible for other assignments from supervisors.

Qualifications: ปริญญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Logistics Management or a related field or higher ประสบการณ์ด้านงานส่งออก อย่างน้อย 2 ปี Experienced in logistics at least 2 years ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Office และระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and related systems ทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี Strong communication and coordination skills ความรู้ด้านกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์ การจัดส่งสินค้า และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง Knowledge of logistics processes, shipment operations, and related documentation ความรู้ด้านระบบบริหารคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001 และ AS9100Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100
