Logistics Information Systems Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Management

• Develop the logistics IS integration strategy;
• Set standards for working with systems and rules for interaction with providers;
• Manage changes in EDI, ЭДО, 1С ERP without risks;
• Analyze business requirements and manage implementation risks.

Projects and EDI/ЭДО

• Lead logistics IS implementation projects (ЭДО, 1С ERP);
• Manage EDI, ЭДО, ЭТрН, and contracts with providers;
• Build efficient data exchange with customers and partners;
• Ensure readiness for changes in legally significant document management.

Team and Communication

• Manage key users of logistics systems;
• Organize interaction with IT, providers, and support services;
• Build cross-functional connections (Procurement, Sales, Logistics) and communication with the Bonduelle head IT office.

Warehouse and Reporting

• Optimize warehouse operations and electronic data processing;
• Control finished goods inventory in warehouses;
• Submit inventory data to the Bonduelle central office;
• Conduct inventory analysis during month-end closing, database reconciliation, and physical counts.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Principles and deep understanding of production and warehouse logistics;
• Organization of warehouse management, loading/unloading operations, cargo receipt/delivery;
• Organization of transportation and warehouse inventory accounting;
• Principles of EDI and exchange of legally significant documents;
• Requirements for the preparation of transport, warehouse, sales, and financial documentation;
• Standards for storing ТМЦ;
• Information systems: 1С ERP, TMS, WMS, Контур EDI, ЭДО, Логистика;
• English - working proficiency.
