Responsibilities and duties

• Act in customer service through available channels, such as chat, e-mail, telephone, social media, and other platforms that may be implemented;
• Ensure clear, cordial, empathetic, and precise communication, always focusing on the best customer experience;
• Clarify doubts, provide guidance, and solve demands related to E-commerce/Retail in an agile and efficient manner;
• Use service tools responsibly and appropriately, exclusively for professional purposes;
• Stay updated on processes, flows, and operation guidelines.

Requirements and qualifications

• Advanced or fluent English;
• Completed High School;
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the operation and service;
• Proactive, committed, and collaborative profile;
• Good communication, organization, and focus on quality in the execution of activities;
• Genuine interest in providing the best possible experience to customers;
