Organization of the order placement and import process within the scope of external purchasing—until the goods arrive at the warehouse Organization of work with freight forwarding companies Organization and supervision of the customs clearance process for imported goods Periodic updating of order data in the company's information system Execution of internal purchases for the company's needs Compliance with announced tenders within the framework of public procurement, preparation and entry of participation packages Organization of the tender contract signing and supply process Other duties arising from the position

Higher education

Relevant professional work experience of at least 1 year

Good knowledge of foreign languages: Russian, English, written and oral

Proficiency in MS Office software package
