Responsibilities

  1. System and Equipment Support

• Install/set up Qatar Airways operating systems on new machines • Test/maintain UPS, IP Phones, PABX • Install/repair hardware and software • Update Windows, antivirus • Maintain LAN/WAN, inspect the orderliness of network racks

  1. Management & Coordination

• Coordinate with external vendors regarding equipment, links, and software • Verify and prepare system installation documentation • Maintain/report IT Asset Inventory • Submit monthly Call Logs reports

  1. Recording and Control Systems

• Perform daily data backups and test data recovery once a month • Maintain printers • Thoroughly inspect CCTV and recording equipment (NVR/DVR) every quarter • Maintain access control systems and Time Attendance systems

Qualifications: Can communicate in English very well Knowledge of using Ticket systems (experience with Service Now will be specially considered) Knowledge of Network systems and system design
