Customer Support

Animpire is looking for an Employee for the position of Customer Support in Thessaloniki.

The position concerns Customer Support and customer management and not classic clerical support. A full-time position with a five-day work week is offered.

We are looking for a communicative, active, and organized person, who will take on daily communication with our customers and the management of their requests.

The position includes:

• Service of new and existing customers
• Management of new leads and initial communication
• Follow-up of customers and offers
• Drafting and sending financial offers
• Issuing invoices and documents
• Order monitoring
• Communication and coordination with the workshop departments
• Support of the sales process until the completion of the agreement

Required Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Comfort in using PCs, email, and office applications
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools
• Very good written and oral communication
• Organization and consistency
• Politeness and customer-centric mindset
• Initiative and ability to solve daily problems
• Very good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in Customer Support, sales, or customer management will be appreciated, especially in a workshop, manufacturing business, or the clothing industry
