The position:

As part of a need to reinforce a user support team for a public sector client, we are looking for an N1 Support Technician with AMOA skills.

Main missions:

• Facilitate user adoption of the relevant applications.
• Support declarants in using the application portal.
• Provide first-level support and assistance.
• Structure and capitalize on knowledge (documentation, FAQ, AI agent).
• Identify and report difficulties encountered by users.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the system.
• Contribute to the skill development of the internal team regarding the assigned application scope (other employees)
• Support change management related to the application deployment

The role is primarily to be the privileged contact for users on an application, to guide them in usage, to train other members of the support team, to analyze potential malfunctions/bugs and to escalate to N2/3 if necessary.

Schedule: on-site in Saint Malo: every day for the first few weeks, then 1 to 2 days per week + remote work.

Profile sought:

You have had a first experience in a similar position oriented towards functional and support roles. You are comfortable with written English (spoken English is not necessary)
