Café Operations Leader

1. Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, including delivering quality service and experiences to customers. Oversee and manage shop staff under the brand concept.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the café • Oversee shop management from opening until closing; possess knowledge of cash handling and using POS machines, as well as supply chain management • Oversee the beauty and cleanliness within the shop, manage displays, oversee and check stock, and manage waste within the shop • Possess knowledge in using and maintaining large coffee machines • Manage the team • Train staff on food items, customer service, and oversee cleanliness in the shop (HACCP) • Arrange staff schedules to suit different time periods • Manage various matters regarding subordinates • Serve customers and oversee sales • Oversee and ensure that service quality aligns with the brand concept • Handle customer requirements • Oversee promotions and various campaigns with the marketing department • Control quality and manage regulations related to the business • Ensure that sales activities comply with cleanliness and safety control regulations • Regularly check stock and report to management • Coordinate with the Store Manager and Head Office

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 3 years of experience in managing a coffee shop or restaurant at a supervisory level or higher Able to communicate in English with foreign customers Able to prepare sales reports primarily using Excel Able to be flexible and adapt quickly in a front-of-house sales environment Understand and can express fashion from various perspectives Able to be flexible with work schedules in case of shop marketing activities Ability to communicate in English at an N3 level will be specially considered
