Head of International Business Expansion Department
Job Description:
Evoca is looking for a Head of International Business Expansion Department, who will be responsible for the study and assessment of the bank's international business expansion, new markets, business opportunities, as well as the prospects for developing new products and services; coordinating initiatives to enter new markets; performing analytical and financial assessments to support management decision-making; coordinating the work of internal departments involved in international projects; as well as monitoring international markets, the competitive environment, and regulatory changes.

Job Responsibilities:
study and assessment of new international markets and business opportunities in accordance with the Bank's strategic goals,
coordination of the Bank's international business expansion projects and initiatives to enter new markets, from preliminary assessment to implementation,
identification and assessment of opportunities for the development and implementation of new international products, services, and business models,
performance of financial, commercial, and feasibility analyses and assessments of international initiatives,
preparation of business cases, financial assessments, analytical reports, presentations, and proposals to support management decision-making,
coordination of the work of the Bank's internal departments and other stakeholders involved in international projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution of coordinated actions,
identification and assessment of potential international partners and cooperation opportunities,
monitoring of international markets, industry trends, the competitive environment, and relevant regulatory changes,
assessment of opportunities and risks related to the Bank's international business expansion initiatives and submission of appropriate proposals,
monitoring the progress and results of international projects and initiatives and regularly providing relevant information to management,
supporting the development and implementation of the Bank's international business expansion strategy and relevant strategic initiatives,
representation of the department during internal and external meetings and discussions related to the Bank's international business expansion initiatives, when necessary,
performance of other tasks related to the international development and expansion of the Bank's business upon the manager's instruction.
Requirements:
higher education in finance, economics, business administration, international business, or a related field,
experience in financial analysis, business case formulation, as well as the assessment of investment and strategic projects,
deep knowledge of international markets, the financial system, and banking business models,
skills in analyzing the market environment, competitive situation, and legal/regulatory requirements,
strategic and analytical thinking, ability to organize large amounts of information and formulate clear proposals,
ability to manage several projects simultaneously and effectively coordinate the work of different departments,
high-level communication, negotiation, and presentation preparation skills,
confident use of MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience in financial modeling,
excellent knowledge of English (including the level of oral negotiation and business correspondence),
proactivity, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently and prepare materials necessary for management decision-making.
