Your tasks

• Technical Requirements Conversational English required Solid experience in Java/J2EE and Spring Framework / Spring Boot. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker. Experience in release management, deployments, and production support. Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Knowledge of system reliability, incident management, and SRE principles. Ability to develop implementation and rollback plans for production changes.
• Main Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications and automation tools using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot. Create scripts and utilities to automate operational processes and improve efficiency. Manage releases, deployments, and rollback plans, minimizing risks and interruptions in production. Administer and troubleshoot issues in containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Monitor system stability and performance, identifying potential failures and bottlenecks. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose permanent solutions to prevent recurring incidents. Participate in operational on-call shifts and attend to critical incidents in production environments. Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance. Follow up on service indicators (SLI/SLO), service level agreements (SLA), and error budgets. Implement and maintain dashboards, metrics, and alerts to facilitate observability and problem diagnosis. Desirable Knowledge Scripting with Python. Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure services. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC). Experience in high-availability environments and on-call support schemes. Use of Splunk for log analysis, searches, and monitoring. Experience with Grafana for dashboards and metrics visualization. Knowledge of Prometheus for metrics collection, alert configuration, and monitoring.
