Your Key Responsibilities: Provide end to end support to merchants, including payment processing, settlements, and technical guidance Monitor crypto treasury activity and validate crypto transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance Support and maintain technical integrations, including APIs and processing environments Identify, document, and communicate system issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities Deliver clear technical demonstrations and tutorials, and collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing operations
