Zoox is starting to emerge from its R&D phase and move into commercial operations. The process and strategy team within fleet operations is responsible for identifying and implementing operational improvements that enable us to scale efficiently while maintaining a great rider experience. The process team is looking at everything from how we reduce the number of handoffs between teams in the Fusion Center, to how we improve the quality of our responses, to how quickly we clean and repair vehicles and get them back on the road, and everything in between.
