Around 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are produced using ZEISS technologies. Ihre Rolle

Take responsibility for projects dealing with quality topics such as PDCA and 8D as well as restart activities.

Support and improve the shaping processes (grinding) and/or surface finishing (polishing, coating) of optical components and assemblies.

Optimize the assembly activities of lighting systems and optical components.

Design test concepts, conduct tests with suitable parameters, and document the results.

Manage processes during technological adjustments and ensure goals in terms of time, cost, and quality are achieved.

Evaluate and adjust process flows within the organization.

Lead and facilitate quality assurance and continual improvement measures and the corresponding meetings.

Ihr Profil

You hold a successfully completed master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline, ideally with a PhD.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering and production processes, preferably in the optical industry.

Demonstrable experience in process optimization within a production environment, with preferable knowledge in project management and lateral leadership.

A goal-oriented, responsible work approach, high resilience, and a strong hands-on mindset.

Ability to assert yourself and act as a mediator between various stakeholders.

Exceptional communication skills, with very good German and good English proficiency (spoken and written)
