*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our _*NEW*_ _*Store, Yard Liquor in Prince Albert.*_ The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. *Duties*

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment.
• Organize staff schedules to optimize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience.

*Requirements*

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with store management practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in interviewing techniques for hiring new staff members.
• A positive attitude and strong leadership qualities to inspire team performance.
