Retail Trainer Specialist (Madiun)

Job Description :

• Develop and implement retail strategies across dealer and showroom networks to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
• Monitor retail performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports with recommendations for business improvement.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, retail SOPs, promotional activities, and operational excellence across all retail channels.
• Conduct product knowledge, sales skills, and retail operations training for dealer and showroom employees to enhance performance and service quality.
• Act as the liaison between Head Office and retail partners while supporting retail network development through market analysis and business opportunity evaluation.
• Develop and train dealers on online activation and promotional activities, leveraging social media and digital platforms to enhance retail visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, dealer management, or trade marketing(automotive, consumer goods, or related industries preferred).
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel to retail networks (dealers) in other cities.
