Senior Dance Instructor (Chinese Dance)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dance Instructor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Chinese dance classes for students of various age groups and skill levels.
• Design and develop structured dance curriculum and training programmes.
• Choreograph and prepare students for performances, competitions and public events.
• Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure teaching quality and consistency.
• Provide advanced training to selected students for stage performance and examinations.
• Assist in planning and organizing rehearsals, showcases and studio activities.
• Maintain a safe, engaging and professional learning environment.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Chinese dance or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience in dance education.
• Ability to choreograph and lead performance-based training.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about teaching and working with students.
