Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of institutional projects, events, and programmes.
- Coordinate meetings, track project milestones, prepare reports and documentation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage admissions-related activities, including interview scheduling, database maintenance, and event support.
- Assist in the organisation of outreach initiatives, including logistics coordination, venue arrangements, presentation preparation, survey administration, and reporting.
- Support procurement and financial administration processes, including vendor coordination, sourcing quotations, and report reconciliation.
- Maintain databases and records accurately and ensure timely updates.
- Assist in organising alumni engagement activities, communications, and events.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant administrative, operations, or project coordination experience; fresh graduates with strong organisational and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and administrative systems.
- Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in event management, project coordination, education administration, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
- Willing to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
