Manicure Retail Manager

Job Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the manicure and retail outlet. Provide professional manicure and pedicure services to customers, including nail care, nail shaping, cuticle care, and nail treatments. Recommend suitable nail care services and retail products based on customers’ needs. Supervise, train, and guide manicure staff to maintain service quality and hygiene standards. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Manage appointment schedules and ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor sales performance and achieve service and retail sales targets. Manage inventory, stock ordering, and product display.
