Customer Service - Seafreight

1. To follow up with assigned accounts on seafreight shipments and provide support whenever shipments occur. Experience with U.S. routing is preferred.

1. Min. 2 years’ experience in logistics/ forwarding industry
2. Good experience to handle US shipment is preferable
3. Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations
4. Basic geography knowledge
5. Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese
6. Good PC skills.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Customer-oriented mind
9. Sense of responsibility, team work and creditability
