Service & Operations Executive
About the company
Our core business lies in the supply, installation, testing, servicing, and maintenance of commercial, industrial, and residential air-conditioning systems including AHUs, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, chilled water systems, pipes replacement, solar air-conditioning, and DX systems. Our experienced team has over 20 years of industry knowledge.
Your tasks
Support client scheduling and service coordination while developing HVAC skills. Assist in quotations, defect rectifications, and internal process improvements within a collaborative team environment.
- Plan and liaise with existing contractual clients to schedule appointments and maintain service continuity
- Expand and retain the existing clientele base through proactive relationship management
- Manage client requests and feedback by assigning appropriate service teams for timely follow-up
- Assist in preparing accurate quotations and invoices to support client transactions
- Coordinate with service teams to rectify defects and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve internal service department processes
- Participate actively in workshops and training sessions to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills
- Prepare detailed paperwork to support daily operations of the service department with accuracy
- Demonstrate willingness to learn HVAC installation and troubleshooting on the job alongside team members
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support business operations
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Relevant NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HVAC or building services
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Class 3 driving license (Preferred)
