Business Development Officer
Responsibility:
Originate and close high-value corporate, institutional, and HNI/UHNI relationships Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of group-level opportunities Identify and pursue large-ticket mandates (capital raises, investment mandates, advisory engagements) Structure and execute multi-product client onboarding strategies Drive cross-selling and upselling across all subsidiaries Ensure clients are fully onboarded across relevant verticals (investment, insurance, advisory, lending etc.) Coordinate business development activities across all subsidiaries Work directly with CMO, Managing Directors and business heads to execute approved mandates Align subsidiary-level BD efforts with group revenue priorities Produce monthly and quarterly commercial performance reports Provide insights to refine group growth strategy Serve as lead relationship owner for key group clients Drive retention, expansion, and long-term engagement Deepen relationships to increase share of wallet across subsidiaries
Requirements:
4-5 years in sales, business development, or relationship management within, Financial services,Asset management,Investment banking,Lending,Insurance or fintech ecosystems Proven track record in,Institutional sales,Deal origination and closure, managing high-value client portfolios Strong ability to identify, structure, and close revenue opportunities Ability to sell integrated financial solutions, not standalone products Deep network within corporate and institutional segments Skilled at aligning multiple business units toward a single objective Comfortable managing pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics Strong financial and commercial negotiation capabilities
