Talent Operations Associate Consultant

Department:Recruiter Screening - Operations Location: India (Remote) Work Schedule: 9 hours /day, 6 days /week Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (High performance converts to an Extension or Full-time) Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 / month fixed + additional performance-based incentive 🚀 Why Join Weekday? 📈 What Your First 90 Days Look Like First 15 Days (Onboard & Learn): Shadow live screening calls, master internal documentation tools, begin independently conducting 15–20 screening calls/day and progressively ramp up screening volume (target: 25–40 calls/day).  Days 30–60 (Own & Lead): Run high-quality candidate screens independently while taking on POD Lead responsibilities—coaching a sub-team of 2–3 members, tracking daily metrics, and driving corrective actions to ensure target completion. Towards 6 Months (Scale & Convert): Help build and mentor your POD team (scaling toward 5 structured PODs across the team) while positioning yourself for contract extension or full-time conversion. 🎁 What’s In It For You?
