Land Surveyor

Responsibility Perform and check all surveying work on site for projects undertaken by the Company and as directed by the Project Manager. Responsible for verification of accuracy of survey work on site and data collected. Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features. Monitor settlement markers when needed. Set out survey points and levels on site. Prepare and submit pre and post construction drawings. Requirements Minimum Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial information and technology. At least 3 years’ experience in building surveying. Knowledge in pre-cast installation and verticality control is an advantage. Min 3 years of experience in high rise building. Comfortable with 6 days work week.
