Host Live Streaming

Your tasks

• Assist in preparing and executing live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Support the live streaming host during sessions, including product preparation, price updates, voucher setup, and product pinning.
• Monitor live streaming performance, viewer engagement, and sales metrics.
• Help manage live chat by responding to viewers’ questions and providing product information.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Content teams to ensure smooth live streaming operations.
• Assist in preparing live streaming schedules, scripts, promotional materials, and product displays.
• Prepare daily live streaming reports and provide input for performance improvement.
• Ensure the live streaming area and equipment are properly prepared before each session.

Requirements

• Open to high school students (SMA/SMK), university students, or fresh graduates.
• Currently available and able to commit.
• Interested in live streaming, e-commerce, and social media.
• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with people.
• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Familiar with TikTok and Shopee is a plus.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Available to work on-site and follow the assigned live streaming schedule.
