Join Watami’s restaurant team as Service Crew, Kitchen Crew, or Dishwasher. Deliver excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, prepare food, and support team operations in a fast-paced environment.
Service Crew
- Deliver attentive and friendly service to all customers to enhance their dining experience
- Prepare the dining hall for opening and closing to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and service quality throughout shifts
- Support other team members with tasks as needed to meet operational demands
- Perform additional duties assigned by senior staff to support restaurant functions
Kitchen Crew
- Prepare and cook food items accurately to meet customer orders and quality standards
- Set up and close the kitchen area to maintain operational readiness
- Manage food hygiene practices to comply with safety regulations
- Assist other team members across roles to ensure customer satisfaction
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by senior staff to support kitchen operations
Dishwasher
- Operate dishwashing machines to clean all restaurant utensils and equipment efficiently
- Manage waste disposal to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support kitchen and service teams by performing assigned duties from senior staff
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Sincere and willing to learn attitude to adapt and grow within the team
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to assist across different roles to support team success
- For part-time roles, availability to work at least 20 hours per week

Compensation (Part Time)
- Mon-Thurs: $12.80/hr
- Fri-Sun: $13.50/hr
- Public Holidays: $16/hr
