Human Capital Business Partner
Translate business needs into HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support each unit’s success.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs to onboarding candidates who fit both our culture and competencies.
Oversee talent management initiatives, including identifying high-potential employees, succession planning, and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Support Learning & Development programs by assessing training needs, preparing training plans, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Facilitate performance management, guiding leaders and employees to apply evaluation processes consistently and effectively.
Maintain strong communication with leaders and employees, fostering engagement and positioning HR as a trusted strategic partner in decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HRBP or Generalist role.
Hands-on experience in core Human Capital functions such as recruitment, training, or facilitation.
Strong communication skills, including advanced interviewing and negotiation techniques.
Ability to assess candidate fit based on organizational needs and culture.
Proficiency with HR technology, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern recruitment tools.
Effective time management to meet talent acquisition timelines and business deadlines.
Creativity and innovation in designing and executing hiring processes and employer branding.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build strong professional relationships across all organization levels.
