PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

JobDescription Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets. Set up and adjust machines according to specifications and work instructions. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Conduct product inspections and test run to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare and load raw materials, components, and tooling for production. Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Record production and quality data accurately. Report equipment issues, quality defects, and safety concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety and 5S requirements. Support continuous improvement activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
