Production Supervisor / หัวหน้าไลน์ผลิต

• Improve production processes and techniques to enhance efficiency, achieve targets, and align with 5S and KAIZEN principles.
• Control and monitor production to ensure that operations comply with quality systems (GHP, HACCP, ISO9001, FSSC22000, ISO14001, ISO45001, HALAL, RSPO(MB), ICS, BRC, IFS) and meet customer and company standards.
• Improve production systems, monitor machines, equipment, and workplace conditions to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to solve production and quality problems effectively.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master Degree of Food Science and Technology. Have leadership and Able to write and speak English. Problem solving and follow with corrective action. Good human relationship and can be cooperative with teamwork. Can work with 6 days/week. (Monday to Saturday). Can work with night shift.
