Job Summary
You will ensure the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of parcels to residential and commercial addresses while providing professional customer service and maintaining vehicle condition.
Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels accurately to residential and commercial addresses following assigned routes
- Handle parcels carefully to maintain good condition upon delivery
- Complete assigned deliveries within scheduled timeframes daily
- Communicate professionally with customers to provide excellent service
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and good vehicle condition
- Update delivery status accurately using the company’s delivery system or app
- Follow company procedures and operational requirements when handling parcels
- Assist with parcel collection or other delivery-related tasks as needed
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous delivery or driving experience (training provided)
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation apps
- Physical fitness to handle parcels of various sizes and weights
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
