✨ About Voyage Privé Founded in France in 2006, Voyage Privé has grown from an ambitious startup into Europe's leading travel tech platform. Operating across 9 markets with tens of millions of users, we are not just another e-commerce success story – we are a tech powerhouse redefining online luxury travel. Our culture is mission-driven, blending performance with impact. Our innovative campus brings together tech talent, professional athletes, students, and artists, fostering an ecosystem where digital innovation fuels business growth and meaningful change. We are now entering a new phase, upgrading our technical foundation with cloud architecture, AI, and real-time systems to become a top-of-mind platform for luxury travelers and a trusted high-performance partner for providers.

🎯 Your Mission As Content Operations Manager, you will build and run Voyage Privé's content production engine — transforming a growing content ambition into a scalable, high-quality operation across all markets. You won't just manage workflows; you'll design them from the ground up, embed governance, coordinate internal and external contributors, and integrate AI and automation to drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, and throughput — while recovering and accelerating organic growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Build and own the production infrastructure : Design, implement, and continuously improve the intake process, prioritisation framework, RACI, production SLAs, and editorial calendar — creating a scalable, repeatable foundation for multi-market content delivery

Drive end-to-end workflow management: Own the full content production cycle — from brief to publication — across multiple asset types, markets, and contributor types.

Coordinate internal and external contributors: Manage agencies, freelancers, and translation vendors with structured briefs, SLAs, performance scorecards, and capacity planning.

Govern quality across markets: Design and maintain the SEO, brand, and editorial QA framework — ensuring first-pass approval rates improve over time and content meets platform and business standards.

Lead operational reporting and AI integration: Build the monthly content-operations dashboard and design AI-assisted workflows for briefing, repurposing, localisation, and QA — with clear human-review governance.

💡 What We’re Looking For We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts Your profile: Proven content operations leader: 3+ years of hands-on experience owning end-to-end content production at scale — you've built workflows, not just followed them.

Multi-project planning expert: Structured intake and prioritisation systems are your default — you make capacity decisions based on business value, not just urgency.

CMS and governance specialist: Comfortable designing approval chains, metadata standards, and publishing governance across multiple markets and tools.

Vendor and stakeholder coordinator: You've managed agencies, freelancers, and translation suppliers — and you hold them to standards with clarity and respect.

Exceptionally organised and accountable: You own outcomes even when dependencies are outside your control — and you communicate proactively, not reactively.

Communicate well in English and French.

Nice to have: Travel, e-commerce, marketplace or publishing experience. Proven multi-market and multilingual content delivery. Measurable improvement in production speed, cost or quality. CMS migration experience. AI workflow design with clear human-review controls.
