Responsibilities Will Include:
Take part in the inventory lifecycle: receiving and organizing incoming shipments, accurately tagging and logging returned items, and maintaining up-to-date records across all tracking systems.
Inspect products for damage, cleanliness, and quality standards, flagging items for repair or removal and updating the repair sheet as needed to prepare items for reactivation.
Clean, pack, and prepare all member orders for shipment, ensuring items are in top condition and shipping labels are accurately created and applied.
Communicate and escalate issues as needed, including missing parts, damaged items, and return-to-sender packages, while coordinating with internal teams to address order delays and prevent fraud.
Handle RFID bag processing, including labeling, storage, and usage tracking, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold brand standards.
Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on, flexible approach, ready to step in wherever needed
Comfort working with technology in a fast-paced, start-up environment
1–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or related operational roles preferred
