You'll be part of the team that turns components into finished products, working closely with engineers, quality assurance, and production to keep things moving and the standards high.

What You'll Be Doing

Hands-on assembly of components and devices across different stages of the production process

Material preparation, pre-assembly, cleaning, packaging, and warehouse support

Use hand and power tools to assemble products with precision and care

Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

Document and report any discrepancies in the assembly process

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor

Your profile

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

Completed technical apprenticeship, ongoing or recently completed HTL, or relevant studies

Solid technical understanding and careful handling of small components and electronics

Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

Familiarity with assembly processes, tools, and techniques

Attention to detail and a practical problem-solving mindset

Flexibility to support a wide range of tasks in production

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Good communication skills in German and/or English
